The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to the train station and away from the touristy areas, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't great and we had difficulty controlling it properly. On top of that, the bar was closed on the rainy night we wanted to stay in and have a drink.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus station, making transportation easy. It is also close to the main attractions and the train station, providing great convenience for exploring the city. The breakfast provided at the hotel is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The bar service was really good, with personalized cocktail recommendations based on my preferences. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the luxurious bathroom had all the amenities I needed. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh fruits and local treats. Checking out was easy, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to leave my luggage in a nearby location. I had a wonderful stay at this superbly located hotel in Venice.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station which made our arrival and departure extremely convenient. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the refreshing drinks in the mini bar that were restocked daily. The attention to detail and personal touches made our stay truly memorable.

That the view from our room was not particularly inspiring. However, the overall experience more than made up for it.

The bathroom was very clean and had modern facilities like a jacuzzi, along with high-quality shampoo, body wash, body cream, and conditioner. The spacious shower room with a steam sauna was a luxurious touch that enhanced my experience.

I felt most welcome during my stay and had nothing to complain about. The hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a great experience overall.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect - so close to the train station and the main attractions. The service was exceptional with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance available. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, tea and coffee provisions, and a well-stocked mini-bar. We appreciated the sitting area, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. It was great to have access to the garden furniture and free toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of.
